Aval's Rose Cidre is a made using a blend of mostly acidic apples including Baya Marisa (a rare, red fleshed apple that grows in the Breagne region) to make a refreshing rosé cider with a beautiful natural pink hue. Its low tannins give it a light yet sharp palate that is at home in everything from stemware to solo cups. Delicately tart, sharp apple, and notes of raspberry and grapefruit.
